+ GBP 1,500 lawyer's fee (includes the entire administration and submission of the application for a foreign buyer)
- To be paid until the property is completed: 65% (in monthly or quarterly installments for 3 years)
- To be paid 3 months before handover: + infrastructure tax (depends on the size of the property)
- To be paid when the keys are handed over: 6% (second half of land registry, optional)
