PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE ABOVE PROJECTS

The property can be reserved for €5,000, which holds it for one month until the contract is prepared and signed.

Upon signing the contract: 30% + VAT + legal fees and land registry fees (approximately 5% of the property value)

Further payments are made in installments (10%, 15% or 20%), corresponding to the construction milestones.
VAT for first-time residential use is 5%, while VAT for rental/investment properties is 19%.
